The Registrar for Births and Deaths will be using the Centre for three days a week.
There had been no "Social Committee" for nine months. Mr Bill Pullen volunteered to help restart one.
The "playschool" changed it's days to Wednesdays, Thursday's and Friday's from September - Possibly due to Monday so often being a bank holiday. The price per session also increased from £4.00 to £4.20.
The N.F.D.C "local Presence" was invoiced for £450 for the first six month period with it being £950 / year
This was Mr Stan Wade's final year as Chairman. He made some statements in his leaving A.G.M. notably that during his time he'd had:

Vice-chairman = 3 (his Vice-Chairman were: Mr D. Culmer, Mr D. Hughes, Mr G. Parkes and Mr D. Grant. - yes that's 4)
Treasurers = 4 (Mrs J. Boyle, Mrs D Coombes, Ms Marilyn Grant, Mr K Batchelor, Mr G. Parkes - yes that's 5).
Secretaries = 3 (Mrs Wyeth, Mrs J Wallace, Mrs E Harper) G.M Legate came in after the A.G.M. when Mr Wade left. Mrs M Hardy also acted as secretary for minutes.
That Mr "Tony" Palmer had been Chairman before him. This is a slip of his memory as the first Chairman was Mr J.S Palmer. A Mr R.T (maybe tony) Palmer was a member of the short wave radio club - though only later in '91.
