Allegations of a coup. During the A.G.M's voting for chairman, there were two candidates: the existing chairman: Mr Graham Parkes and a second candidate: Mr Peter Threadgold. At the commencing of voting a "number of members" arrived at the meeting and declared their right to vote as they were members (and only late due to their own meeting). This right was agreed. The voting was 50 to Peter Threadgold and 33 to Graham Parkes. Once Mr Peter Threadgold was elected as chairman, the late arriving members left again to return to their meeting. Mr Threadgold resigned as Chairman within six weeks (8th of Feburary to 23th of March). His Vice-chairman: Mr Ray Knierium became Chairman.

The Community Newsletter was announced to restart in April.

The cost of photocopying would increased to 6p for A4 and 8p for A3 for Members and 8p for A4 and 10p for A3 for non-members.

The Community Associations's account had become large enough to require engaging professional accountants for annual audits.

Tthe N.F.D.C "Local Presence" stopped needing room B and so the rent was reduced to £900 expected in 2 instalments of £450.

More milk was needed in the kitchen.

Membership fees for 1990 would remain at 1989's level.
