H&D.C.A Highlights (taken from the minutes):

  1.  25 people attended the A.G.M.
  2. The announcement that the HDCA had taken over from the T& W.C.C.S the running of the Community minibuses was formally made.
  3. The Community Care group now operated its hospital car group from the Community Centre.
  4. The gardener had had an accident that stopped him from maintaining the gardens as well as usual.
  5. The Herald was established.
  6. Room hiring charges would increase by 5% as they'd not been increased for 2 years.
  7. A "no smoking" ban was suggested.
  8.  The N.F.D.C "Local Presence" annual hiring charge was £922.30

 The Executive meeting minutes for this year are missing / Lost / Not made.

According to comments made in 1995 this was due to "a total apathy last year and meetings were cancelled"
